hello from europe, just adding my story. i didn’t start with “asian women are the goal” but i ended up in a serious relationship with a thai woman and now we’re engaged. what stood out: she genuinely listened, she made the effort to learn about my world and i tried to understand hers. we laughed about our mix‑ups (her accent, my cluelessness about local festivals). there were times i felt like “am i doing enough?” but she encouraged me, never pushed, always kind. as to preference — i knew there were threads online, forums, marketing around “asian brides” but our thing felt far from that: it felt real.
